Catchall domain

Hi is there a way I can catch all the emails that are being sent to exim server.. using PHP. my problem is that I need to find a way in order to process bounce emails and the sent emails using PHP

  Hello :) Could you elaborate further on why this needs to happen via PHP instead of through Exim? Thank you.
