i can't see database

Hi everyone, when i log in in phpmyadmin, after creating a database in cpanel administration i can't see any database. looking at some forums I found this

  Hello:) Can you please try to assign database and database user ownership to an account via: "WHM Home " SQL Services " Database Map Tool"

  Hello :) Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when creating a new database under the account, or when accessing phpMyAdmin? Thank you.
