Hello, The error message (happens no matter which account I am trying SSH enable/disable) and it's always editedXXX user (unrelated to ssh enable/disable) which appears in the crash report. This comes over mail: == [abrt] a crash has been detected again abrt_version: 2.0.8 cmdline: python /usr/share/l.v.e-manager/cpanel/hooks/lvemanager_postmodifyacct_hook.py QUOTA 14680064000 LOCALE en HASSPF 1 rename_database_objects 1 user editedXXX HASDKIM 1 BWLIMIT 52428800000 executable: /usr/share/l.v.e-manager/cpanel/hooks/lvemanager_postmodifyacct_hook.py hostname: [edited] kernel: 2.6.32-531.29.2.lve1.3.11.10.el6.x86_64 last_occurrence: 1438980948 time: Fri 07 Aug 2015 02:06:34 PM IST uid: 0 username: root sosreport.tar.xz: Binary file, 1730652 bytes backtrace: :lvemanager_postmodifyacct_hook.py:11:main:KeyError: 'newuser' : :Traceback (most recent call last): : File "/usr/share/l.v.e-manager/cpanel/hooks/lvemanager_postmodifyacct_hook.py", line 18, in : main() : File "/usr/share/l.v.e-manager/cpanel/hooks/lvemanager_postmodifyacct_hook.py", line 11, in main : new_user = data['newuser"> :KeyError: 'newuser' : :Local variables in innermost frame: :data: {'HASSPF': '1', 'HASDKIM': '1', 'LOCALE': 'en', 'QUOTA': '14680064000', 'rename_database_objects': '1', 'user': 'itrcucom', 'BWLIMIT': '52428800000'} :user: '[editedXXX]'

To clarify further on editedXXX. Let's say I am enabling/disabling SSH on a user A. (not editedXXX). Crash happens and report figures user editedXXX. I repeat the same with any user (not editedXXX), the crash (same content except for timestamp/date) is reproduced with editedXXX in report. This crash report comes over email.
