Hello :) Could you verify if this issue still occurs when packaging the account manually via the "/scripts/pkgacct $username" command? Thank you.

Hello :) You mean must I set cron jobs via SSH? Because I can't do it manually during the day because we work on it.

I'm not advising that you backup the account manually as a permanent solution. I'm only suggesting that you do it once to see if the error message you encountered was a temporary issue or if it continues to occur. Thank you.

Hi, Can you please help me in how can I package the account via "/scripts/pkgacct $username" command. I don't have much experience in working with Linux server commands so somewhere along the way I get lost. Please give me the full command. And how to check whether this error message is temporary or continues to occur? This .sock file is 0kb(size) and the permission value is 644. And the .cpanel directory that contain this file is 700(permission value). Thank you.

I see the same - a half dozen accounts with these warnings on the backup report - all referring to these /home/OWNER/.cpanel/live-engine-connector-RANDOMSTRING.sock : # ls -l /home/micetown/.cpanel/live-engine-connector-AgdH4Y_6NI.sock srw------- 1 micetown micetown 0 Jan 29 2015 /home/micetown/.cpanel/live-engine-connector-AgdH4Y_6NI.sock= I gather these are related to the LiveAPI system. Would be nice is these warnings about these specific files only could be omitted from the backup report. I suspect they aren't at all important to backup integrity.

That's a helpful reference. Thank you. Is it normal for these .sock files to persist like this for months? Or would these be considered stale/timed out after X days and can be deleted ?

Do you use any custom plugins or scripts that utilize LiveAPI functions? Thank you.

Not uness it's something that came pre-installed or CFS or Softaculous? We have only added an icon to redirect to an external URL for webmail (via dynamicui/install.json). This conversation was the first time I heard about "LiveAPI", so have not knowingly done anything using it.

Yes, Softaculous does utilize LiveAPI. Thank you.
