Need help

Hey there, I am trying to get a Gaming Community site off the ground that has a main page, Forums, custom user ranks, and a support system. I was wondering, what tool would be best to create a modular website that has Forums, support, and has nice modules for gaming (like TeamSpeak Server Status). Please help, I am at a loss.

  Well, the thing is, i have a lot of things that i can install with my cpanel, and its just overwhelming. I have no idea where to start
