everything in cpanel was deleted anything to do to get files back?

as the title states, I looked into my cpanel and everything was deleted except my hosys default files(arvixe), but I used drupal and noticed that my memory usage was used my my_drup600 SQL any way to restore it? and no I do not have nay backup files

  Hello :) Your access level shows as "Website Owner", indicating you do not have root access to this server. Thus, the best course of action is to contact your web hosting provider to see if they have any backups of your accounts available. Thank you.
