Issues with installing ssh2

I attempted to pecl install channel://pecl.php.net/ssh2-0.12 and at first it asks for libssh2 prefix. I attempted to find the libssh2 on the system and could not find it. When doing the pecl command above I get this error : configure: error: The required libssh2 library was not found. You can obtain that package from

  Hello :) You should be able to simply hit the enter key when prompted for a path and it will automatically detect it. Otherwise, please post the output from:
  rpm -qa|grep ssh2
