Email don't work

Hello I have mi own email of my web about weeding, and for that i need it for speak with my clients. Te problem is in my server 1and1 because i can not change the configuration in the cpanel and redo the password. Any idea?

  Hello :) You will need to contact your web hosting provider for additional assistance if changing the email account through the "Email Accounts" option in cPanel is not functioning as expected. Thank you.
