Where's my files on cPanel?
Hello,
We are a non-profit organization and someone setup our website some years ago and I am currently the webmaster. I am not a professional by any stretch of the imagination. I am familiar with HTML and CSS though.
My problem now is, we"ve been using the MODx manager to update our website and I"m getting really annoyed at it for its idiosyncrasies and not doing what I tell it to do. When you edit a page and save it, it has its own mind on which code it will accept and what it will change"
I would like to instead edit the code directly but I can"t find the files on our cPanel hosting file manager. Can that be done?
Any help would be appreciated.

Probably. Your, domain.com website's files are located here: /username/public_html/ Using cPanel's File Manager you should be able to access all files for your site. HTH! 0 -
If you are using an FTP client (such as CuteFTP) to access your site content, you can set "/www" to switch to this folder in the remote server. This is the location of /home/username/public_html which is your root directory. 0
