Out of office with ignore

Our company has several email addresses setup which distribute email to a variety of people; for example estimates@domain.com goes to 5 people any of whom can work up an estimate. If any one of these 5 people puts an out of office message up, any emails that come into the estimates@domain.com address gets an auto response from that person. This can be rather annoying as there are 4 other people who could respond to this message. Is there a way to have the auto responder ignore incoming mail that is forwarded internally or by a specific address. I have tried putting a timer of 24h on the auto response but because the forwarding is making it seem like it is coming from the person that sent in the request it will auto respond to each new person making the request. Then the out of office notice is also forwarded to the other 4 people receiving estimates@domain.com each time. While the person requesting the estimate thinks there is no one home because of the out of office notice.

  From ages ago, i've recently dropped onto Cpanel and they're considering the feature, can you please vote it up so they can prioritise it?
