how to trial license after change ip

hello main ip my vps blocked to data center for spam after change main ip server, my cpanel is expired check ip to verify cpanel is Results: Not licensed please help me for trial license new ip thanks

  Hi, Run following command as user root /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt It will update the license and assign a trial license, if this IP hasn't been used for cPanel trial earlier. Thanks

  Hello :) Please ensure you update the IP address that is licensed for cPanel through the provider that you purchased the license from (likely your VPS provider). You can open a ticket with a customer service department if you purchased the license directly from cPanel. Thank you.
