Add a verification file to cpanel root folder

Hello Team We have an Cpanel hosted website called domain.com I purchased Zoho mail hosting for 10 mail ids. To attach my new email ids hosted using our domain (domain.com), zoho need to verify domain with the file which they have given. as per their instruction i created a folder in home/domain.com/ named zohoverify and pasted the file but i am not able to open it when i paste the path on browser domain.com/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html Without this verification i wont be able to use it. Could you please hlep. Thanks Raj

  Hello, What error are you getting when you access verifyforzoho.html file with your domain name ?

  Hello :) You should upload the test directory to "/home/$username/public_html" if you want it accessible to the public. Thank you.
