    Hello :) Accounts are allowed their own php.ini files by default if you are using suPHP as your PHP handler. PHP handlers are configured at: "WHM >> Service Configuration >> Configure PHP and SuEXEC" Thank you.

    Yes i'm using suPHP but on cPanel accounts i can't change php version memory etc..

    Right, you can't change the PHP version without the use of a third-party plugin (e.g. PHP Selector with Cloud Linux). Support for this is planned for EasyApache 4, but it's currently not ready for production machines. You can change individual PHP values by copying /usr/local/lib/php.ini to the account's public_html directory and making the changes to the local file. Thank you.
