Why does my site crash everytime I open a specific page

  You might have more luck asking about this on the opencart forums, or the author of the sitemap extension.

  That's not necessarily a server issue, something is running in your script incorrectly it sounds like to me. Check the error log in your cPanel just after attempting to access this page that crashes for clues as to what that is. You might also try disabling the sitemap extension (and any other extensions enabled), and then access the page again, does the page load then? If this is a server side issue, as a Website Owner (assuming you don't have root access) you'd need to speak with your Hosting Provider about this.
