Is it possible to put the email files in a different drive?

I am using SSD. As you know SSD's are expensive. Most of my clients have websites that are less then 500MB but emails takes 2GB - 6GB. So is it possible to put the email files in a different drive? What I am trying to achieve is reduce cost by moving emails to non SSD drive (normal SATA drives)

  Hello :) There are no native options that will allow you to store email data on a separate partition, but the following thread suggests it should work if you move the account's mail folder and add a symbolic link pointing to the new location:
