I should add that the Transfer Tool page is still at Restore 24%. And has been there for quite some time. It's just that in monitoring transfers before, I always got the default "Site has moved" page that is added to the old server's .htaccess file. However, that line is not in the old server's .htaccess file for that account.

Hello :) What's the specific error message you see in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.

I have compared permissions on the home directory of this user along with the .htaccess file of this user with those of other user accounts and am not seeing a difference. That's why I am puzzled.

What are the permissions and ownership values for the account's public_html directory? Thank you.

BTW, Transfer Tool page on new server has been stuck on Restore at 24% for hours now. Also, if I go to /usr/local/cpanel/bin/view_transfer There is no view_transfer directory.

    Owner: username:username

Which PHP handler is in-use on this server? Are you using Mod_Ruid2? Note the default ownership value for the public_html directory is "username:nobody" (depending on Mod_Ruid2 usage).

The "/usr/local/cpanel/bin/view_transfer" location is a file as opposed to a directory. EX:
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/view_transfer DHGfWHNIu8STwNfZ3ywIOLLSGiCQtS
    Thank you.

Not using Mod_Ruid. All other accounts are username:username and work fine. OK. found the file. thanks for clearing that up. I have, btw, submitted a support ticket.

Could you post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome? Thank you.

Hello :) To update, the issue no longer occurred after some missing/incomplete files were transferred over. Thank you.
