exim 553 Access Denied (#5.7.1)

All my servers with CPANEL not only for message delivery 1 domain.
user@domain.net host mx.domain.net [186.x.x.x] SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:: 553 Access Denied (#5.7.1)
Sending gmail or other server works!

  When sending e-mail for this domain back with this error. 553 Access Denied (#5.7.1)

  Hello :) Could you let us know the specific entry from /var/log/exim_mainlog when receiving this error message? EX:
  exigrep user@gmail /var/log/exim_mainlog
