Email address banned from cPanel forums?

Hi! My first try registering a new account on this forum earlier today returned an error that my e-mail address had been banned from the forum by the administrators. Obviously I was able to register using an alternate e-mail so all is well now, but still scratching my head here and would much prefer to use the other address since it is my primary one. I am the original owner of that banned e-mail account, and I've never had a cPanel forum account before. So any idea why this is happening, and/or how to fix?

  We don't ban email any addresses specifically, but we do ban multiple free email service providers. @hotmail.com for example. Why? Too much spam. Your best bet is to use an email account on your own domain name @yourdomain.com (you are in the hosting business, why wouldn't you have an email account on your domain?), or an email provided by your ISP @comcast.com for example, or, as you've chosen, some other free email service provider that's not blocked.
