I need a database backup from WHM server, i don't know how to add ticket to WHM support team?

  Hi :), You can download the DB backup from particular cPanel accounts >> Databases >> MySQL Databases. If you know PHPmyadmin, then you can directly go PHPmyadmin from WHM and then generate .sql backup.

  Hello :) Do you have root access to this system? If not, and if you need a backup for a database that no longer exists under your account, then you may need to consult with your hosting provider to see if they can provide you with backups of your databases. Thank you.
