Hi I have run mysql_upgrade for around 1 hour and 30 min now. How long time should this normally take for it to finish?

  Hello, Can you please let us know what exact output are you getting ? Also please do not try kill any process on your server while upgrade mysql on your server, MySQL upgrade process will automatically build your server php.
