Thoughts on Server and Website for better performance

I am requesting thoughts on Server and Website for better performance for the server and for customers. I am currently running suphp Apache suEXEC Zend OPcache I want to stay with current above but I am think of of installing some or all items below APC APCu memcache memcached I am requesting suggestions and ideas or better performance for the server and for customers and if it is wise to use any or all the items above.

  Non of the opcode caches you listed work with suphp with the exception memcached ran as a daemon as its a memory cache so your only option memcached
