    Too big of an email probably. What happens when you send a 1 MB file?

    There is no problem with an email with a 1mb attachment

    You might want to link to the file instead of attaching it. This isn't an issue with your cPanel, it's an issue with the size of the attachment.

    Hello :) The "message_size_limit" value is configured via the "Add additional configuration setting" button in: "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager " Advanced Editor" The default is 50M per message, so the issue you described could happen due to a limitation of your local email client. Do you notice any error messages in /var/log/exim_mainlog or /var/log/exim_rejectlog when the message fails to send out? Thank you.
