Large emails sent staying in client's outbox
Problem-Any emails we send around 9 megs or more get hung up and repeat until we go in the outbox and delete. That applies to emails between ourselves and to outsiders. Do you know why? We have not had this problem in the past and just started in the last couple of months.
Does anyone have a clue as to what the problem may be?

There is no problem with an email with a 1mb attachment 0 -
You might want to link to the file instead of attaching it. This isn't an issue with your cPanel, it's an issue with the size of the attachment. 0 -

Hello :) The "message_size_limit" value is configured via the "Add additional configuration setting" button in: "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager " Advanced Editor" The default is 50M per message, so the issue you described could happen due to a limitation of your local email client. Do you notice any error messages in /var/log/exim_mainlog or /var/log/exim_rejectlog when the message fails to send out? Thank you. 0
