clamAV and Norton

More and more customers are having issues when they run a scan trough cPanel/clamAV. They get a notification in Norton saying that cPanel/clamAV is trying to access their computer, so the scan is not completed. The scan does start, but stops around 99% are the customers telling us. Does clamAV check something on their computer?

  Hello :) The virus scan itself happens on the server and not on the end-user's desktop. Is this happening on both the Paper Lantern and X3 themes? What browser, OS, and version of Norton can we reproduce the issue with? Thank you.
