Accessing new CPanel account with its Dedicated IP

Hi All, I have had a look in the forum but not found an answer to what i'm trying to solve. I have the latest version of WHM 11.50 on a new server. With a range of IP's ready for hosting dedicated websites. I have created a new account (with a dedicated IP) but when I try and access the website using the dedicated IP (eg

  Hello :) Is this IP address configured as the main shared IP address of the server? If not, try rebuilding the Apache configuration file via:
  /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
