Hi Michael I m having issue to restore site via WHM to WHM transfer Account Failed to create the account: Sorry, the home directory for this user ( /home/riskdisc ) already exists. Please move or delete it and try again or use the force option if available. Removing copied archive "/home/cpmove-riskdisc.tar.gz.part00001" from the local server " Failed: Account Restore Failed: "Account failure: Failed to create the account: Sorry, the home directory for this user ( /home/riskdisc ) already exists. Please move or delete it and try again or use the force option if available." Account The restore failed because the username "x.x.x" is invalid or not an existing cPanel user. Removing copied archive "/home/cpmove-x.x.x.tar.gz" from the local server " Failed: Account Restore Failed: "Account failure: The restore failed because the username "x.x.x." is invalid or not an existing cPanel user."   Hello :) The error message indicates the home directory for that username already exists. Could you review the contents of that home directory and verify if any necessary data is found there? Thank you.
