FTP Access Blocked by Firewall

Hey everyone!!! I need some help with my cpanel. Firstly, I have a problem with connecting FTP software to my server, I can't be able to connect to my server when I enter the correct ftp hostname, username and password. I found out that it have been blocked by a CS Firewall, so when I disabled it I can connect my FTP software to my server which it works fine. If I enable the CS Firewall, it would not let me to connect my FTP software to my server. Do you know how I could connect my FTP software through the firewall to allowed me to connect to my server without get blocking? Thanks!!!
