Optimize Website for all sites

Hi I want to enable "Optimize Website" with "for the following MIME types: "text/html text/plain text/xml"." option for all websites hosted under my server. I have enabled mod_deflate already and I am able to this one by one however there should be a solution to enable this server-wide but I cannot find such option in WHM. Please advise.
