Blank Screen after Login

I have been using cPanel for nearly five years without even a single problem. But a few days ago whenever I try to login I get a blank page after a successful login. The web address that appears is: rs21.example.com:2083/cpsess8319824235/frontend/x3/index.html Can someone help? I can use ftp without a problem and hence, this cannot be a password issue. Many thanks in anticipation of a response.
