exim.conf overwriting exim.conf.local?

I am running CSF on some servers, and in order to have the SCRIPT_ALERT system work correctly, I need to change the log_selector line in Exim to something different than the cPanel default. I've done this on all of the appropriate servers, but after some time it looks as if this change is reverted back to the cPanel default. I don't know if this is a result of an exim upgrade or not, but the line is definitely reverted back to the cPanel default. How can I ensure this line is not reset?
