Can't upgrade MySQL cause EasyApache is running forever

I have a VPS, Cpanel installed and it came with an MySQL 5.1 and need to upgrade it. But I'm having a warning message: WARNING: A running EasyApache process was detected. Wait for EasyApache to finish before you attempt to upgrade MySQL. If you are certain that the EasyApache process is finished, you may click the following button to restart the MySQL upgrade. I already restarted the VPS and I still get the same error. Can someone help me ?

  Hi, Most likely there is a touch file that exists on the filesystem that's telling WHM that an EA process is still running. The file might be located at '/usr/local/apache/AN_EASYAPACHE_BUILD_IS_CURRENTLY_RUNNING'. If this file exists, and no EA process is running, you can remove it.
