Php processes running for too long

Recently i notice that i got some processes that are request from my web site and they are running for a very long time now. If i go on WHM to Home/Server Status/ Apache Status i can see something like this... 12-2539 26164 1/67/1194367 G 27.94 277060 0 0.4 1.43 45117.72 68.67.240.210 mysite.com GET /XXX/xxxxxx/ HTTP/1.1 13-2230 6556 1/36/957462 G 0.55 2063406 0 0.6 1.71 37326.64 98.155.92.190 mysite.com GET /XXX/xxxxxxxx HTTP/1.1 My site is build with wordpress... And my questions are: 1. Is it safe to kill these processes? 2. Why do they remain running after so long? Can this be caused because of bad coding? There processes are marked as "G" that is "Gracefully finishing" but they never end. Can someone help me?

  you can do the tracing process with strace
