Updating CPaddon Site Software Installation After Changing Install Directory
Hi,
I have a quick question regarding using cPanel's built in software installers and Wordpress. This isn't a huge deal as I can always manually update WP but I was curious what the fix would be. If I've installed WP using cPanel's built-in installer and subsequently changed the installed script's installation directory, is there a way to "reset" the cPanel software installer to reflect the new installation directory? It still shows the location where WP was originally installed. Thanks.

Hello :) It prevents cPanel from managing the application at any point in the future anytime you manually upgrade or move an application through the application's administrative panel, or by uploading/modifying the files via FTP. Thus, you must remove the cPAddon data (it's stored in a YAML file) for the application you manually upgraded from the following directory: /home/username/.cpaddons/
