Autosuspend script

Hi Everyone, I have encountered an issue which i need your help on: I would like to run a script through crontab which checks all my Cpanel account for quota excessive use. The script should check the quota and quota limit and automatically suspend the user which goes over-quota. When i run the script i get the same error for every user. I'm attaching a document that contains: 1: The cron job error 2: the script itself 3: the quota.txt example text the the script generates. I would appreciate any help you may offer. Thanks.
