cannot connect to database

Hello I got an error when it wants to connect to the database (error 10060) previously I had never get this kind of error. I experienced this incident two weeks ago when I returned from vacation, I check my game server has, when in check, I had an error MySQL server that previously did not happen. Sorry for my bad english,im using translate.

  Hello, What is mysql services status ? Please check your mysql services and try to start it if mysql services is down.

  Hello :) Try deleting the database username and re-creating it. Make sure the password is correctly configured in the script's configuration file.
