additional ips NotPing without any reasson
hello;
i have tow additional ips for 2 months worked perfect;
today only additional ips got time out, main ip is ok, no ping, website with dedicated ip offline
system uses dhcp,
ipaliases and on panel show ips, but not actualy work now,
i tried delete and re add ips to cpanel but nothing also rebooted,
now i changed sites dedicated ips to main shared ip, but its temporary!! i cant use additional ips at all !!!
((server is vps on vmware, this is *bug of cpanel ? so how to solve it? this is very important because websites are affline, please help asap

Hello :) Do you have root access to the VPS node itself, or did you purchase the VPS from a VPS hosting provider? If you purchased the VPS from a provider, then I suggest contacting your VPS hosting provider so they can verify the IP addresses were not added to another VPS on the node. Thank you. 0
