Autodiscover Requests

Given an account that does not have email hosted by the cpanel server and on the account there is a redirect to send the autodiscover requests to the correct server, the redirect is ignored and the autodiscover requests are still sent to the cpanel server. Even with the DNS SRV method is used, this Cpanel bug causes autodiscover requests not to work with most devices (e.g. Windows 8.1 Mail, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, iPhone/iPad, Android devices)

Hello :) Could you verify which version of cPanel is installed on the system? Also, does the temporary workaround referenced in this thread resolve the issue, or could this be considered a separate problem to what was originally reported? Thank you.

Currently running WHM 11.50.0 (build 30). I did not use the workaround posted above, but instead this one: Note, if you are using apache 2.2 use 2_2, if using apache 2.4 use 2_4 1. mkdir -p /usr/local/apache/conf/userdata/std/2_4/user/domain.tld/ 2. vi /usr/local/apache/conf/userdata/std/2_4/user/domain.tld/autodiscover.conf Add in the following Redirect permanent /autodiscover/autodiscover.xml
The main issue right now is if you have an account on cpanel for example.com with email hosted on Exchange if you configure this email account in Outlook 2016 every time it is launched there is an error about the certificate for

Hello :) Is "Mail SNI" enabled for this domain name? Thank you.
