Questions about web hosting

Hello Everyone, I have a query/question, you can also call it a 'problem' that is haunting/bothering me for a while now and since i am not being able to take a decision on it,hence I thought of the netizens here at cPanel forums and i am sure everybody here will help me with some 'guidance & suggestion'. A little background before i post my query :- I was into webhosting solution providing for almost 10years before i had to shutdown because of personal and financial reasons. I had shut shop last year in 2014. Now today by the grace of god, my problems have been resolved and i am financially sound again, I am thinking of returning back to my 'web hosting' business once again !!! But i am sure everybody here will agree with me, things on the internet change by every passing day and since i have been away from the industry for over a year now i am a little tensed and hesitant as well ! a) I am not able to decide if i should be or should not be returning to this filed !! b) I am not able to decide if i should be starting off with dedicated servers as i had done when i started earlier, Or should i ride the CLOUD wave !! c) I am not able to decide if i should use the same NAME for my organization that i had last time !! d) If i start off, How sound is the future of Webhosting industry, where is it heading too !! e) What is the optimum price range that users are willing to pay for and what is the kind of services that they need the most besides website and emails !! I would appreciate if the entrepreneurs and techs alike on this forum could suggest and share their view points to help me clear my doubts and take a decision, with the points in my query above !! I appreciate everyone taking their time to go through my blah..blah.. above and i would be highly indebted for any and all your suggestions !!! Thanking Everybody !!
