    Hello, If your client is not using your DNS server then there is no need to change anything on your server. Just keep enable remote mail exchanger for that account so that you will not get any issues with mail from your server.

    Hello :) Yes, as mentioned, if the domain name uses remote name servers then you must configure the MX records at that remote DNS server. However, do ensure the domain name is configured with the "Remote Mail Exchanger" setting in it's DNS zone. Thank you.
