Hello :) Could you provide a specific example of a message header (replacing real domain names and IP addresses with examples) so we can get a better idea of the issue you are reporting? Thank you. 0 -

Hello Mike, I notice it a week ago "SENDER" in my email header suddenly appear. it suppose to be FROM: TO: DATE: Is there any problem wth dis? Sender header is actually my domain Kindly see image attached..0 -
You can browse to the "Mail" tab via "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager" to verify if you have enabled any options that modify the message header. There's no problem with the additional information in the header you are viewing. It's simply ensuring you see the actual email sender. Thank you. 0 -

Hello Mike, Thank you for the info., I think its better for me to live it as is.. any way another concern..how can I back up specific email user account messages in his/her roundcube? means for that specific email account user only..management wanted to delete resigned staff email account in our server but wanted to have back up of his/her email account in my own PC harddisk.. Help appreciated thank you so much..0 -
Email data is stored in: /home/$username/mail/$domain/$email-account-name You can backup the directory by downloading it via FTP or by creating an archive of the directory via SSH. Thank you. 0
