The error message received above states that your CPU usage has been at 100% for more than 6 hours. This is bad. I suggest looking in to why that is asap. Also, have you configured backups properly in WHM to specify how many previous backups to keep?

Hello :) You can browse to the "Stats and Logs" tab in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Tweak Settings" and modify the following option: "Extra CPUs for server load" Per it's description: The load average above the number of CPUs at which cpuwatch, cpanellogd, backups, and CPU stats consider the system to be in a critical load state. For example, a server with 4 physical CPUs and a value of 2 in this field will be considered "critical" in these cases once the load reaches 6. Thus, you can ensure backup generations continue when the load reaches a certain point, if you are okay with a server load that high. Thank you.

Hello :), Yes, I configured backup to run daily (Monday to Sunday) and retain 1 daily backup. In "Extra CPUs for server load" the default is zero, I have 4 CPUs in my server. If I change the value to 2 in "Extra CPU for server load", What effect/change will it have on server since I have 4 CPUs? I'm not okay with high server load. Thank you.

Hello :) It would allow backups to run if your server load remained at six or lower. The following thread is helpful if it's the server load itself you want to address: Troubleshooting High Loads On Linux Servers Thank you.
