more http connection using self host name

Hi, My cPanel apache server showing more http connection using self host name. Connection more den 1000 and self host name showing netstat remote and local address location. process show more account running this process /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start, using high cpu I cant understand why occurring this,can anybody give me suggestion for resolving this issue.
