    Are you able to contact your web hosting provider and request they configure the RDNS record for you if you are unable to do so on your own? Thank you.

    Hi there. Signing with DKIM and SPF doesn't mean they automatically goes to inbox folder. Email Service Providers (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail) have different, sophisticated spam filter system. For example, they check your IP reputation. IP reputation mean if your IP had many spam complaints from users then it's affected. If you receive spam complaints they you should immediately remove them from your database. Also don't readd unsubscribed users again. And so on... EDIT: You can also send your information as bulk sender through Yahoo's bulk sender form
