Server Load

I use a service provider host, so only I rent cloud storage system. The cpanel prints Server Load row to 5.99 (8 CPUs ) what does that mean ? How high? Look for another provider ? Thanks

  Hello, That means server load is 5.99, There is some load on your server but you can not check that load process because you not have root access of that server. Please discuss this with your support team. If due to load issues your site is loading slow then ask your support team to migrate your account to other server

  Feel free to contact your hosting provider if you experience slowness on your website, as it's not really something you can address without root access to the system. Thank you.

  You may need to switch to a different hosting provider or upgrade as they have instructed if you are unhappy with the speed of your website on their server. Thank you.
