Hello :) You can check to see if your customer's IP address is blocked in your firewall, or you may also want to verify the mail server name is resolvable from your customer's computer. Thank you.

Were you able to verify if the mail server name is resolvable from your customer's computer? You can ask them to try pinging the mail server name through the command line on their own computer to test that. Thank you.

You may want to have them contact their ISP to see if those ports are blocked. Otherwise, try enabling port 26 via "Exim Mail Server (on another port)" in "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Service Manager" and asking your customer to use port 26 in their email client for SMTP. Thank you.
