Hello :) Can you verify the mail server name you are using in your email client is accessible and resolves to your server's IP address? Thank you. 0 -

Hello :) You can check to see if your customer's IP address is blocked in your firewall, or you may also want to verify the mail server name is resolvable from your customer's computer. Thank you. 0 -
Customers IP address is allowed in my firewall. 0 -
Were you able to verify if the mail server name is resolvable from your customer's computer? You can ask them to try pinging the mail server name through the command line on their own computer to test that. Thank you. 0 -
Yes its resolvable but when they are using telnet mail.server.co 587/25 its showing "Could not open connection to the host, on the port 587/25. Connect failed. 0 -
You may want to have them contact their ISP to see if those ports are blocked. Otherwise, try enabling port 26 via "Exim Mail Server (on another port)" in "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Service Manager" and asking your customer to use port 26 in their email client for SMTP. Thank you. 0 -
