Need Help about Internal Server Error

when i am open my site the massage come " Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@domain.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
plz solve my probelm, i am waiting, my package is unlimited and i still see this massage on my site. plz i talk to the compny from where i get hosting they say optimize your site or move to vpn i dont know what they say and how i optimize my site, i am newbie plz reply.

  Hello, I think your site is using high server resources and due to that you are getting this this Internal Server Error on your site. Please contact them and ask them to check server logs and let us know what exact error they are getting in Apache server logs file.
