How to connect heidisqsl to cpanel mysql

Hi, I am using heidisql.com/ in my localhmachine. I want to connect this to the live cpanel mysql where my website is hosted. I tried to add my public in remote mysql in cpanel. but still no luck. I hope you can help me. Thank you in advance.

  Hello :), Is port 3306 is added in your server firewall ? Please check that OR contact your hosting provider to check this.

  Hello :) You may need to contact your web hosting provider if adding the IP address to the allowed hosts list for MySQL is not working. They will be able to verify if connections to MySQL from remote servers are blocked. Thank you.
