Cpanel Internal Server Error

Gettting below error: Internal Server Error 500 No response from subprocess (cpanel (cpanel)): The subprocess exited with status 255. tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log ==========================================================

========================================================== I have run /scripts/upcp --force and restart the cpanel service still getting issue. I also have reboot after it still not working. Kindly let me know the what can i do ? Need an urgent reply...

Issues with x3 possibly? Can you change that account's default style to Paper Lantern to see if it works as expected for that account? Is it just this one account or any of your accounts?

It's happened to all of my account. There is no issue with theme.

I have fixed it at my own there was a permission issue with "/var/cpanel/users" chmod 755 /var/cpanel/users before it was drw-r--r-- 2 root root 32768 Sep 20 18:58 users/

The standard permissions for the /var/cpanel/users directory are 0711. You should not change the permissions for this directory. As far as the error message, could you let us know if you notice any additional entries in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.

I have checking that error from below command and there is no additional error : tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

Are the permissions on /var/cpanel/users reverting back to invalid permissions before this happens, or does the issue persist now that permissions on /var/cpanel/users are correct? Thank you.
