SSL Problem with cPanel

Hi, I have a problem with comodo ssl in cpanel. I have installed ca bundle but cpanel is changing it automaticly when i save it so mobile users can access to site. I have tried lots of different comodo ssls but its the same. The weird thing is when i try it on a different server it works as usual. It only not working with this server. So i think there should be a problem with cpanel not the ssl. Can somebody help me solve this problem? Thanks.

  Sorry i typed it wrong. It should be cant access. ssl installing ok for desktop users not problem but when you click to website from mobile gives error. Its because of ca bundle i know but cant resolve the problem. I am pasting ca bundle to ssl manager from cpanel than saving it but when i reopen ssl manager the ca bundle different not what i pasted. When i move website to diffirent cpanel server and install the same ssl no problem at all. Ca bundle ok. Mobile ok. Everything is ok. But on this server not working. I dont think there is any problem with ssl installation. Problem should be with cpanel.

  Hello :) Do you experience the same problem when installing the certificate through WHM instead of cPanel? EX: "WHM Home " SSL/TLS " Install an SSL Certificate on a Domain" Thank you.
