550 Access denied - Invalid HELO name

Magento installed on Unbuntu has mail issue. sudo vi /var/mail/www-data displays the following error:

Is it possible to isolate the issue from the above error details?

  Hello :) Could you elaborate on how this relates to cPanel? For instance, is this happening on a cPanel server? Thank you.
