Unable to send email while others can
Hi there,
I am facing difficulties sending emails out. I am able to recieve emails as per normal though. When I try sending emails out I get the following error message. My colleagues are able to recieve my emails though, for e.g aisyah@domain.com.sg is able to recieve. Below is the error message recieved.
I forgot to add that while I'm unable to send emails out (kinwai@domain.com.sg), my colleague's (aisyah@domain.com.sg) is able to. What should I do?

Hello :) Do you encounter the error message when sending from "kinwai@domain.com.sg" to any remote address, or only when sending to a specific server? Have you verified this email address is created in cPanel, and the domain name and it's MX records resolve to the cPanel server? Thank you. 0 -
Hi Michael, Thanks for assisting. I encounter the error message when sending to any remote address. This email address was created in cPanel. However, how do I ensure the domain name and it's MX records resolve to the cPanel server? Thank you 0 -
Hi, Please run below command on your server, if you have root access and provide the output. exim -bt kinwai@domain.com.sg You can check MX records from shell by running, dig MX domain.com.sg 0 -
Hello :) You can also enter the domain name in a website such as IntoDNS.com to see the results if you are not comfortable using the command line. Thank you. 0 -
Thank you guys so much! I've run the domain names at IntoDNS.com and everything points back to my server. Everything looks in order, or it could be that I have no idea what I'm doing. Any other possibilities as to why my colleagues are able to send emails out whereas I can't? Any help is much appreciated! 0 -
Try searching your email address in /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if you can find additional information about the failure. EX: exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
Thank you.0
